Five Guys

Made an online order, wasn’t “made” when I arrived. Staff says they never got the order. When I go to show proof that I ordered it was marked rejected by the store, but still got charged for it. Staff was unhelpful and the 2 “managers” referred me to a toll free phone number to call to voice my complaint or try to get the order refunded, which routes me to a call center I can only imagine isn’t on this continent. They “take your information” and give it “upper management” and cannot tell you what will happen next, who will call you or when. Terrible customer service. The food: good ten years ago. Present day: a step above McDonalds value menu burger, at ten times the cost.... didn’t you use real beef patties that your made at one point? Have you replaced them with Bubbba burgers???? Value $64=3 cheeseburgers, what a disappointment your chain has become.

I adore this place! They have great meals, they have a rich menu, The chief cook in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I love a lot tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always of high qualtity, the attitude towards the visitors is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.
