I just wanna say me and my wife faithfully come to this location to pick up our coffee early in the morning, they always have great service and the older lady that works the drive-thru is always pleasant and polite.. I really don't know they're able to keep up, it's only two people that work their in the morning. My hat goes off to such great teamwork!

I wanted to give myself some time to think of the experience I had before leaving a review as I believe every one has an off day. First, this location doesn't offer in store visits, only drive-thru service at this time. I came about 8:30am which were only about 4-5 cars ahead. They blocked off an entrance to to parking lot so there is only one way in and you have to go around the building to go out unless you want to risk damage to your undercarriage by going over an unpaved field. I have what I thought was a simple order of Bacon, Egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. After more than 10 minutes to see the line had grown even longer. I get down the street only to notice I got the wrong item. Called and they explained that I can bring it back and park in front. Let me explain why I think this is a problem. The line had grown since I had left so it's down to the neighboring building. There is no break in the line to get in so I had to park next door then walk over. Next I say they have given up as when I knocked on the door the person that was there just ignored me and kept on working. I had bag in hand raised up, and she didn't even look at the door. After a steady round of knocking she finally came to the door and advised me that there is no in store visits. I said I was told to come and park outside but that wasn't going to happen. Once I said I can just get my money back then she became interested in the bag I was holding. I finally got my sandwich and it tasted like it had been sitting around as it was cold and the bagel was stale. They care so less about the customers in my opinion that they left the item in the bag that I didn't order. Long lines, unwanted items, uncaring attitudes and no feelings to what they are serving to the customers all tell me in my opinion that they have gave up on everyone. They have wrapped around the belief that they are short handed and they can do no better. If they only have one car in line great. If you see more than go to where they care.

I used the app to make my order. It was easy to use and they did my order fast. Everything was right. The cream pumpkin cold brew was amazing. Only little issue I had some of the doughnuts were a bit steal or hard. Other than that the food was good. I love those new stuffed bagels stuffed minis, the hash browns were so yummy and that maple brown sugar sandwich was tasty. They were also very nice and polite there. 😊

Staff was super friendly even though it was PACKED. It was very busy but they were still super friendly and stress free and had my order out as fast as they could. On top of that, everything was hot and fresh and my coffee was amazing. I have never ordered from here before but was so tired of spending so much money at Starbucks on over priced iced coffee and cake pops for my kids. On average I'm spending $15 for one coffee and 2 cake pops at Starbucks. But 5 donut holes for $1? A large iced coffee for $4? Absolutely worth it.

Sweet iced tea is a joke Dunkin sweet tea used to be great. Lately it is terrible. A month ago, it was extremely sweet. Too sweet to drink. Now it's usually not sweet at all. It's a waste of money. Today's was just colored water. I've mentioned it to the takeout window people but nothing changes. Have suggested the person who makes it should taste it, but doesn't do any good. Today, also bought a large sweet tea from KFC which is next door. Better taste, but still not good. Bojangles is not that good either. The hot decaf coffee was delicious and is dependable. The plain toasted bagel with avocado spread was great. The staff at the window are always polite. I'll be back tomorrow hoping the sweet tea is better.
