Lovely small standing room only ice cream service. If you've never been to a rolled ice cream spot, definitely pay attention and enjoy the little show that is preparing your dessert. The green tea ice cream left a lot to be desired, it tasted of a gentle bitterness and for some reason the consistency and the treat overall didn't appeal to me. The peanut butter one with the pretzels was much better. Sauces used are generic store bought but it's not bad. I believe you can sample before you pic but we just ordered. I'll probably be back to try something else.

Such a fun experience! But while it’s worth going to occasionally, I’m still more of a traditional just-give-me-a-scoop kind of gal. However, I will totally stop here from time to time when we want something a bit more unique. Everything is $7 even. The price is listed with tax and it’s the same price no matter how many toppings you get. All the cups are the same size as well. The first time we went, I bought each person her own cup. This turned out to be too much as it was just myself and 3 girls ages 9, 6, and 3. So needless to say, we did not finish it all. But the girls loved the experience of having their name written on the ice cream after it’s flattened on the table. It was fun. I had the green tea one and it was great. My favorite was my daughter’s pinky pie one (or whatever the pink one is named). It was delicious and she had bananas added. My niece order her Cookie Monster one s’mores style. They happily added roasted marshmallows and teddy grahams which made it extra special. This ended up being all three girls’ favorites. So when we went back the second time, they shared this. Overall, it’s not a bad price for how much you get and how long it takes them to make it (seriously, like 5 minutes a cup). But eat fast as rolled ice cream melts much faster than churned.

I hate to be the one who comes when they are almost closed, unfortunately today we had been calling since 9 and they did not answer, to my surprise I checked google and it says they close at 10, when I get here at 9:35pm I got to the place and they say they’re closed, I’m not complaining and I will be back but if you offer a service till a certain time you should be open till that time. Not cool to drive 10 minutes to get kids ice cream and take them back home disappointed that they didn’t get their ice cream.

The ice cream here is mediocre. I would expect better for the price. Anyone who says it's great is either writing a fake review or has poor taste. The employees are very rude... I was friendly and they were stone cold. To be honest , they seem like ex-convicts who resent their customer base. My advice to the owner is to make it clear that customer service is very important and if they can not improve there's no place for them working with the public. I would consider going back for another round of mediocre ice cream to support local business if I felt like it was worth it but it's not. I can't stress how unacceptable it is. If you don't like handing your hard earned money to a pile of jerks don't visit ice 360. Another tip to the owner is to add product description on the board. Other small businesses in rockwall square have exceptional customer service... keep up or shut down.

Honestly, the ice cream here was the best we've tried in a while 👅! We didn't experience the long lines though as we went during off peak hours. The really young staff could try a little harder to be a bit friendlier but they were informative when we asked about the options on the menu. As far as the price is concerned, 7$ per cup, I found it fair considering it tasted like gourmet ice cream with unique toppings. Overall, a delicous treat which we'll gladly enjoy many times over the coming summer!
