First time coming to this location and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. This location is so neat and clean. The employees are respectful and ready to get anything you need for your experience here. The food is fresh ready to eat. The building itself is decorated really nice, I love how spacious the tables are and that the booths are not to small. The women’s restroom was clean but my husband told me that the men’s restroom needs some attention

It's a fun place with reasonable prices. I've never been to a Luby's before but the service was good. The food was also good. I initially went with the LuAnn fried fish for $8.49 but noticed it wasn't big enough for me so for less than $2 bucks more, I did the combo. I liked the main dish and 2 sides menu. I even appreciate that they put up a how-to-order instructions for us newbies. However, I did not have a good experience at the time of checkout: I was asked at the time of checkout if I wanted to leave a tip for my server, then I was presented several digital options on thecheckout screen. I reluctantly chose the 15% option which was the 2nd. First, I don't want to tip until after I've eaten. To me, the tip represents my pleasure (or displeasure) with the server. Second, being a first timer I didn't know their MO and did not know that the server would not do anything. She didn't serve us, didn't bring our food to us and didn't bring our drinks, it was all self serve. Even to refill our drinks I did myself. All she ever did was ask us how our food tasted, twice. I truly did not know why I was tipping. I totally disagree with their server setup as well as tipping up front. Otherwise, the place was clean, inviting and spacious. The people smiled and were welcoming. And I like that they shared a space with Fudruckers. They accept NFC digital payments, I used Samsung pay. Apart from their server setup, I liked Luby's.

Fantastic dining experience. Everything we selected was fantastic. Great flavor, fresh and hot. One person serving us in particular deserves special attention. A.J. was really on point as far as making sure that everyone got a nice serving of their selection. I watched him turn down a couple of items and pick a better item for the customer. He really seemed to care about our satisfaction. These days when it's hard to find a young person to care about their job, it's refreshing to see that this young man actually takes customer service seriously. I hope he goes far. I will definitely return to eat here again. Very positive experience.

It's Luby's!! Hard to find these days, but this location is newer and a great option for a hungry crowd. You are served your choices as you move through the line. The chicken fried steak was very good, the cheesy cauliflower, fried okra and roast potatoes were also good. Lots of variety and value for your dollar. The real superstar was the chocolate icebox pie. I'm still dreaming about it. Cold, delicious rich chocolate goodness topped with whipped cream. I would go there just for that and a cup of coffee, right this minute! Lots of seating and friendly waitstaff.

I'm going to be honest here. I haven't been to a Luby's since me great grandparents took me years ago. Boy have I been missing out! I was pleasantly surprised with the great food and pleasant service. My wife and I will definitely be making this a family tradition once again. The food tasted good and fresh, and their buttermilk pie was delicious. Thank you, Luby's, for feeding my family for generations.

I haven't been to Luby's in years.. But I really wanted some liver and onions and this is the only place I know of now to get them. The food itself was pretty good for being a cafeteria type place. What really impressed me the most was the staff. They were so friendly and gave off the impression they actually enjoyed their job. These days that is hard to find.
