A hidden gem. The service was fast, the food was good, and the price was reasonable. Would recommend for anyone that likes Vietnamese food.

The food was great and the service was fast. What I enjoyed the most was simply that the place wasn't jam-packed with people. I was able to enjoy a nice meal with my wife and could have a conversation without yell over the top of others.

Effing best food for the money. Nice guys but might get one water refill. The #10 PHO is excellent. Prices went up but still a great value. Best to go. Highly recommend the food.

The food is delicious and very reasonably priced! The portions are also good. But I really think they could charge 50 cents more per item and put the money into improving and decorating the place. At least hang some pictures or decorations on the walls. Also the men's bathroom is very run down. I think if they invest it just a little bit more money, they would get more business. Especially since they are surrounded by mostly upper middle class neighborhoods. They might not understand that Americans might be sensitive to a rundown bathroom. It might be embarrassing to bring a first date here and have him use that bathroom. But the staff is very friendly and the food is great!

Food was good but different from what I expected. We typically frequent another place at foothill and junction in roseville which has been very good for many years. I would say this place is similar. Our waiter was having some difficulty and seemed to be in less than a good mood but the manager was a real nice guy. We will come back when in the area again.

5 stars all around for KT Noodles. Best, most authentic Vietnamese food in the area. The vermicelli with charbroiled pork & egg rolls and the vegetarian clay pot are our absolute favorites!

There are certainly more elegant facilities, but three of us stopped in for dinner and we were stunned at the serving sizes, the amazing taste of the entrees and amazingly affordable prices. This place is a gem. Well be back for more.

The food was fantastic! Sincere and flavorful Both the chicken wings and the pho were excellent. My wife, who is Cambodian and quite particular, enjoyed everything. The price was really cheap, and the portions were enormous! The service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Excellent service. Don't let the ugly outside and inside of the building deter you. Has to try!
