I went to Arby’s tonight and order a combo meal. Only thing I asked that my food be fresh. There a line so I would think my food would be. But instead they gave me cold food. So I told them to give me fresh food again or just give me my money back. But I really wanted my food the manager said the food was fresh I said no isn’t. So she said it would take 5 minutes for a fresh chicken I said cool I been waiting this long. So I gets my food ones again after 10 minutes . I didn’t check it this time because I thought the food would be hot and ready but instead it was still wrong they put honey mustard on it instead of ranch. And my food still wasn’t fresh so I think they just had me waiting for no reason.

Had a very good lunch here. Amosmeikia was very welcoming, respectful, and helpful. I enjoyed the double roast beef meal & my husband ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal. Totally yummy, hot and served in a timely manner.

Ok Arby's but not as good as Laurinburg's Arby's. The service and food was great but being in a speedy gas station isn't as nice as dining in a Arby's establishment.

If you want to sit in the drive thru for an hour, go ahead a waste your time, the manager is way too young to manage this place, obviously they do not care about standards, pure garbage service.

Employees disconnected and seem to not care at all. Waiting 30 minutes for a take out meal is ridiculous especially since there were very few customers. One staff member in particular had a horrible attitude. Food was standard for Arbys.

Only reason for not giving this a 5 star is bc when we got to the drive through an automated prompt said they were closed but cars were lined up & so we waited for about 5 minutes & then someone finally came on the speaker & asked for our order. It was made to perfection & tasted great though, but I'm still baffled about the closed prompt.
