Taco Bell

8 45 in the morning and they couldn't tell me when they would have any eggs cooked.  Tried to insist on me ordering lunch. First said 15 minutes so, I pulled to the side and waited 15 minutes.  Nope we have lunch.  845 IN THE MORNING. 25 minutes later still got eggs that were not done. This morning crew was the worst I've ever seen, and traveling for work I see a lot.

Hands down the worst Taco bell I have ever visited. I am ranked in the top 10% for reviewers on fast food for Google. The store never get the order right. 5 times visited. The last time I got small drinks with my lrg meal. You will wait in line for ever for a very rude customer service experience. Also employees Change there clothes in the parking lot while blaring music. No quality food at all. Taco bell this is bad shut this down!!!!!

Went to Taco Bell on 5/08/22 and again on 5/10/22 each day I ordered beef burritos supreme and I have received bean burrito supremes today I got a nacho supreme and it had to be trashed you could tell they over salted it on purpose because it was like eating pure salt out the salt shaker. After waiting in line for 20 min thank you for messing up this 34 dollar order. You just lost my families business!

Disappointed with my tea and burritos and they had no sauces or refried beans. The tea was barely any color and tasted nasty so I poured it out. Both burritos were maybe 5 inches in length and had minimal filling.( half of what is pictured on menu kiosk. Rice was so undercooked that I was constantly pulling pieces from my mouth . Don't ruin your dental work people by eating the rice. Flavor was pretty much non existent. Will not return to this location.

Only one star bc zero is not an option. We went inside to order. No one was working the registers so we had to use the kiosk. We were 3rd in line. We honestly waited for at least 20 minutes for our order, food is not an acceptable definition. The hard shell tacos crumbled to the point of making a taco salad in my lap. Another ordered a burrito which looked more like an egg roll. This is my second visit. This will be our last visit.

I walked in the door to order my food. I'm standing there be like 5 minutes, after 4 different employees look right at me and doesn't say a word. No welcome to taco bell, no may I take your order, no how may I help. So I ask to spetto the Manager. Then she complained to me about how she's sick of her employees. Then tells me that I have to use the kiosk machine to take my order. So taco bell wants you to do thier job for them and make your orders now. Ok I get that, maybe, but that should be optional.

I would Taco Bell of Rockingham North Carolina today around 1 p.m. I could barely hear the lady on the microphone where I was trying to do the drive-thru order I'm so out of kindness when we pulled up to the drive-thru window I sent you her whoever's taken care of your maintenance needs to go out there and turn your speaker up you can barely hear on it. At which time she rolled her eyes made a face like who gives a care and nearly slammed the window in my face. I think what prevented her from slamming the window in my face was the fact that I put my hand in it. I tried to call back to talk to the manager about it no one even bothered to answer the phone. I have called a couple of times during the afternoon and evening and still no one answers the phone. Will see you soon having a phone at a business if you don't answer it?
