Kai is the best! After I order my food I had seen how nice he is to all the other customers! I see he works so hard and wants to be there. I think he needs a raise for how nice he is!

Had their Crispy chicken sandwich for the first time today. TWICE the size (chicken) than McDonald's or others.... at the same price. Definitely one of the Freshest, tastiest chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It's just good chicken.

Rockaway KFC on Rt 46 was dirty inside and tables not cleaned and sticky. Restroom was not clean either and smelled. Need better housekeeping in store. Not appealing place to dine in.

Having just moved into the area I was delighted with my first experience at this KFC. I had placed my order online for pick up the following day but the order got cancelled. When I explained the situation to the guys working at the counter, they took care of me very promptly and duplicated my order.
The food was all delicious! I was most impressed with the way the young man at the counter served his customers. He was very polite and professional and smiled as he took care of everybody. Great job! I will definitely be back =)

Had some very handsome man named David take my order. He was very cool and funny. i had never ever been so impressed with someones order taking ability before...He seems like the kind of employee that deserves a raise.

The spicy chicken sandwich was great. Not quite as crispy as I've had from Popeye's and the chicken was edging on overcooked, but still something I would definitely come back for. Fries were also really good/crispy.

This employee named Qasim was very kind and polite. He took my order with ease and even asked if I wanted sauces, which I always forget. It's good to know that Kentucky Fried Chicken at least has some amazing employees.

I bought alot of food for the family and it cost me around $30 . It's a typical fast food place. I got my order pretty fast. The outside of the restaurant was clean and the most important thing.... THEY GOT MY ORDER RIGHT. No problems here

Very clean and nice staff. Order was placed online and was ready when arrived. However didn't include any of the sauces. Overall typical KFC food. However location better than most others

I take my son there occasionally, he likes the tenders and nuggets... if we get there within an hour b4 closing the meal is usually cold and hard.. the chicken and the fries. So I Blatantly ask them if the chicken and fries are cold and hard! Then they will take the 4 minutes and make them fresh! Personally, I'd rather wait 4 minutes than pay $10 for a yucky meal & my son not eat it!
