I have never had a coffee taste so bad. I never return things or ask for my money back but it was that bad. We ordered 3 Carmel iced lattes and all 3 tasted like dirty water in cup with carmel. We go to this location a lot and I’ve never had such poor coffee. Undrinkable.

Great coffee as usual. Rep in training did a great job both in taking my order and making the coffee. Please remember to be kind to those who are serving you and especially those who are new in the job. You were new once also. Awesome job to the trainer and to the rep.

Sandwiches were good. Iced coffee drinks were horrible. No flavor at all. Taste like very strong old coffee, not drinkable. Girl at window was so wasted she had trouble talking. Forgot drinks which had to be thrown away, no napkins when we asked she handed us 3, four people in car, 2 were kids, with box of donuts, and sandwiches. Tried to call manager no answer. That’s my last time at DD on Springsteen Road b

We're not getting the milkshakes anymore because they're way too watery (not enough ice cream in them) They were out of the dipped waffle bowls ~~ poor management. That should not happen. The staff was very friendly.

Absolutely horrible. They FREQUENTLY lock the door and are drive thru only. They are also FREQUENTLY out of ice cream, or say "we aren't serving that right now". They come out with new latte flavors and discontinue them after a few weeks, but they leave the signs up.

We ordered thru the app to avoid the line ...still had to stand in line to get my order that was ready for pickup. Employees seemed a little overwhelmed and lacked leadership from what I assume was the manager. Aside from all this, I will give them a second chance.

Amusement park line moves faster, horrible service. Save aside at least 30-45 minutes of your time, the line moves snail pace and the management doesn’t care for customers, I am writing this review after a month, I frequent here to this location. Coffee is good though but waiting for that long kills your appetite …. Go here if you don’t mind wasting your time.

Just drove all the way here because they’re supposed to close at 9, however there was a line at the drive through and the customers were saying no one is answering on the microphone so I parked and went to the door and they were inside counting down their register at 8:30. Knowing they see the 6 cars outside that they chose to ignore. They couldn’t even speak up and say they were closed through the microphone. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Starbucks will be getting my money from now on 🤷🏻♀️
