I have met friends here many times. The food and atmosphere here is great. Recently they tried to go more natural by using citric acid as their only preservative, since it's derived from mold and I have a mold allergy, there isn't anything there I can eat anymore. So, one less star for me, but for the rest of the world it's a yummy cozy place.

I decided to stop by their new location with my 3 children who were excited to try it as we have never been there before and the new location is much closer to our home. First, the exit door looks like the only door to go in. It is close to the driveway entrance and has the hours listed on the door but no sign of any kind stating it is an emergency exit only. Once inside I couldn't find the prices for the bagels on their menu. So I asked. The employee who looked like she may have been the manager responded in a snooty voice "Which kind do you want?!" I said "just a plain bagel; how much?" Her response was even more snooty "LIKE I SAID which one do you want?" I TOLD her already what kind of bagel but she was apparently not listening so I got snipped at for her lack of attention. At that point we walked out and will not be back ever again.

Consistently poor service. They've forgotten to put bread and/or spoon in my takeout orders 50% of the time (I counted over 20 visits)! Bread bowl vs regular bowl and type of soup messed up periodically. Lots of questions every time you order - Panera card? No. Drink? No. Want to create a panera card? No. Anything else? No. Name? (make me spell it every time and then it's never called when the order is ready). Just a chore to go here, even if the food is good (albeit too expensive, in my opinion).

I like going to Panera with my kids. It's a good alternative to the fast food drive thru. It costs a little bit more but their soups are excellent. With their varied menu, there is always something for everyone in the family.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Cashier was rude, ordered food to go and they prepared it for dine in. Asked to have it to go and they just tossed everything in the bag. Waited 10 minutes for drinks when the girl behind the counter decided to pick up a broom and sweep instead of making our drinks. We will be going to the north side from now on, thanks

I purchased a chicken caesar salad after my procedure at Mayo Clinic. I started to eat my salad After, a few bites I found a big black bug dead in my salad. I contacted the district manager by the name of In Ho Chong to tell me how Panera Bread practice good hygiene but, the assistant manager didn't want to discard the bowl of salad that was made for the day..
This is poor hygiene and increase the risk of infection of any E. coli contamination from vegetables, fruits and salads when not properly cleaned. I do not recommend this location due to poor hygiene behind the counter when preparing food.

Ordered a full ancient grains salad. The bowl wasn't even half full. When I complained to the manager, she said that what I had Was a full salad. Yet, I saw other customers whose salad was nearly to the top of the bowl. I am very upset about such a pathetic salad.

The staff here are so quick and very friendly. The food is also delicious and there is a nice glass fireplace in the dining area, which is lovely during colder months.
