Dunkin'

My daughter likes this location because so far they're the only ones who get her coffee right? It's a miracle when she doesn't need to go back in and HAVE to ask them to remake it? A few years ago she worked at D&D(and was excellent at her job. U know ur doing something right when customers ask for "U" to make their food and drinks, but also because ur sweet/respectful towards them) and she definitely knows when not enough caramel or sugar have been added to her coffee.....but it's also not as if it's free, because we do get charged for our little extra goodies and condiments, added to our drinks and food.

I had come out to Rochester for a summer internship, and we chose this location to eat breakfast every morning for about 2 weeks. The food really wasn't emaculant, but I was trying to keep my expenses down. The people inside were very kind and the service and food were quick. Managed to get a free donut on national donut day, I don't know if it's because they liked me or not, but it definitely made my day. If I find myself in town again, I would like to stop by just to see how things are going. Very nice and clean for a fast food place. (Kayla ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Let me begin by saying that I am not a cop and yet I love doughnuts. Especially dunkin' donuts (no offense Tim Hortons - your coffee is still great). But days when I am really depressed, it is the doughnuts here that lift my mood. Must be all the added sugar. Well if it does the work, even for two hours, who am I to complain. Five stars. My favorite depression place.

I'll preface this with a disclaimer: I am a Starbucks fan. But Dunkin happens to be within walking distance and that's how I ended up here on Mother's Day while we waited for the other boys to wake up. The mocha blended coffee was actually pretty decent although I forgot to ask for almond milk so it was really rich and tasted like it had 3 million calories. These blended drinks are ok but will never replace frappuccinos. At all. Not even close. I also bought a 1/2 dozen donuts which were fresh, especially the sour cream donut. The mom donuts were really pretty and I appreciated the time someone took to write on each donut. The lady at the counter was nice. It took a stupid amount of time for them to make our 1 drink tho, but it was a busy morning so I'll let it slide. 4 stars based on expectations of Dunkin, not based on expectations of coffee. Take that as you will.

I really wish the rude comments would stop. Sure the lines are long but you know what? They're doing their best to get our day started. Since Starbucks doesn't have dine in any more I have become a regular customer. They are a great crew who really take the time to make your time spent there relaxing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service. Highly recommend. I start each day with them. Again, stop with the rude comments please. Put yourself in their shoes and be thankful.

So I love this location don’t get me wrong I’m here atleast once every week or other week depending usually never have a problem with anyone and it’s one of the best locations in Rochester NY! However when I was there this morning on 8/7/2020 the lady who took my order was extremely rude! This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this place if you do not like your job! Why are you working there? I would really like to report this lady and I will be reporting her! however a reminder to those that work in fast industry’s Wendy’s etc! remember that it’s your job to serve us as customers! If your that negative about your job maybe it’s not for you! (as I am a customer ordering from her and people need to remember that when there working)
