Horrible staff. The yelp reviews are correct, they are so rude. Today an employee cussed out multiple customers and the proceeded to follow a woman out of the store cussing at her. He was yelling about how “uneducated “ a customer in the store was. Management should be embarrassed that customers are regularly verbally attacked by employees.

Dirty toilets, no soap. Female employees like to spend all day in the toilet not letting customers use it. Then laugh at female customers having to go use the mens instead. So disrespectful.

Sign on door for soda says 2 for $3. I had 2 flavors of the many. They said they must be the same (which it does not state). So, I grabbed 2 the same. The clerk rang me up and it was $3.79. How does $3 plus tax equal $3.79 ... clerk wanted nothing to do with my questions about how $3 has $.79 in tax. I assume he rang ul $3.50, which would be correct. Not that the .50 is a lot, but doing this to every customer is a common scam. I chose to take my money back and never return !!

Best 7-11 I have ever visited. Clerks Cheri, Stephanie and SamIAm are great. Every visit makes you feel special. We drive 10 miles to visit this store with many other convenience stores on the way. As a former national sales manager for a major media corporation prior to retirement, I know the value of exceptional customer relations personnel . I would hire these folks in a heartbeat. Regards. Always with the worst morning experiences. Dude can never figure out what’s going on with pricing. He’s always over charging me and will over charge you if you don’t ask for your receipt before you leave.!!! Worst part is they DON’T honor their prices .!!!
