Subway

We placed a curbside pickup order. Waited in our car for 20 minutes, then decided to get out and go in. The associate was bringing it out as we were coming in. We said thank you, went back to the car. I checked the bag and it was missing an entire sandwich. We walked back to the store and before we could go in, the associate came out and very rudely said "what do yall need?" I said "It's missing a sandwich." To which she cut me off and immediately said no, it's in the bag. I showed her the bag and the receipt. I work retail and my partner works in a kitchen. There's no reason for her attitude. She brought the forgotten sandwich back out and gave a very sarcastic thumbs up and said "Here ya go." When we went back to the car, the missing sandwich was haphazardly thrown in to a bag. Both of the sandwiches were not completed correctly. This is the first time I've gone to this subway but will not be returning. We don't care about a refund, but please try to get your orders correctly made and be kind when your customers are being kind even though it was your mistake.

Well First Off I would love to Thank a Vibrant Postive Great Attitude an Lovely young Lady named Sharon I believe...she gave me Great Service an my Food was Coerect for a Change....Loved the atmosphere. It hasn't felt that pleasant in a long time...please keep her an i will continue to keep coming back!

Our orders are wrong EVERY single time. It would be great if the employees actually cared enough to pay attention to the customer requests. I used to live in another area, and ordered a couple subs 4 or 5 times a week. Due to the extreme unreliability of our orders being done correctly, I will not be ordering from this location again. It is NOT hard to read an order slip, then double check the order is done correctly. Unfortunately, I am well aware of the types of people that are in this area. Bad for business when this is all you can get for employees.

I went to Subway to get dinner and had to go through the drive-thru because the doors were locked. I placed my order and pulled up to pay and was handed a hot sandwich that I did not order. The employee walked away as I tried to tell him that my sandwich was supposed to be cold but he did not hear me because he realized that he forgot something I requested on the side. He returned with my request and I informed him that my sandwich was not supposed to be toasted and he asked with a loud sigh and an attitude I guess u want me to remake it? I didn't even bother to answer him or request a refund which I should have considering he made the mistake not me. I told him don't even worry about it smh and left.

The two employees were outside smoking. I tried to wash my hands while I waited… no soap. The gentleman comes back in, sits down and plays with his phone while I stand there waiting to order, he eventually acknowledges me and goes back to playing on his phone. When he finally comes to help, he doesn’t bother to wash his hands. I’m sorry, I can’t eat a sandwich after watching this guy smoking, rubbing his eyes, no mask, opening doors, touching surfaces and not washing his hands.
