I love their gravy biscuits. They're not over cooked, always nice and fluffy. The Associate was very nice and pleasant. Thanked me and wished me a great day!

People were nice. But after asking twice for sauce, they forgot it 100%. Acted annoyed when I called them back to the window to ask for it again.
And the chicken for my sandwiches was overcooked overcooked. One was "grilled" and the other breaded and fried.

Breakfast biscuit was hot, got the mustard I asked for. At drive thru check out after getting food, I made eye contact with the staff person and said thank you! She responded with a blank stare.

Hardee's you're supposed to be a Southern Restaurant yet you cannot make sweet tea please go back to the basics don't nobody want no colored water

I got a burger and fries both was cold and nasty. Would of took back but was in such a big hurry.

Went through drive through & had to wait for a while to get the food. The kid's burger was warm but both Famous Star burger were barely warm. I temped them when I got to my house (2 minutes away) & they were 97°! Went back for a refund. The meal was a good portion but not made fresh or re-heated correctly. I was told they keep 2 burgers made then the following ones are made fresh. There were 3 cars in the drive through during the entire 15+ minutes the order process to receiving our food. We are willing to try Hardee's again but not this location. Possibly there would be a better experience during breakfast when this location seems to have more business.

Waited in line 15min to order to find out NO SYRUP for a NEW menu item french toast sticks so i asked for jelly....also order the sausage gravy combo with coke cola...biscuit and gravy barely warm and drink was a diet coke...NO jelly in the bag had to ask again. 3rd bad experience and poor quality of food and really bad service. Total time from beginning to end pulled on lot 0917 ordered at 0932 received food at 0947....
