Crazy good breakfast fare. Quaint little spot with an outdoor patio. Thank goodness, because it gets really packed if you come at peak hours. The sausage gravy is perfectly peppered and the biscuits are so light and fluffy, you forget you're eating carbs. One warning...The "hot honey" isn't just warmed-up honey, it's spicy honey. Not what I was expecting.

Stopped in here on my way north back in August. Scratch has good biscuits and courteous staff. I got a jezebel biscuit and subbed the ham for fried chicken and they gladly let me sub—I think there was a small up charge. I also got the apple biscuit. Both biscuits were great and I would definitely stop by here again. I’ve heard they’ve got a good hot sauce and I’d like to try their po’ boys and other menu items.

This place was packed when we visited so yea it's very popular for a really good reason. I had the egg, sausage and cheese buscuit. It was huge buttery and delicious. I'm sorry it's just so far away that I wo t be able to frequent this location. On our visit there was a computer issue and our order was lost and they offered to reverse the charge on the order which was very kind of them but I still haven't seen that credit.

The coffee is exactly what I needed this morning, but the grits and biscuit are perfection. Fast service and a hip cool interior- make sure to look up to see their most interesting and unique ceiling fans!!

This is a weekly stop for me! Pictured is the softshell crab PB's Po Boy, but they made a seasonal biscuit version too. My usual is the catfish biscuit (which I probably wouldn't have tried on my own, but traded with a friend and got hooked). Just be aware their biscuits aren't vegetarian unless you specify.

This place is awesome! Seems to be a great place for locals, as numerous customers seemed to know each other.
I had a very great breakfast: a fried chicken biscuit, an egg and cheese biscuit, made into a combo with the best grits I’ve ever had and iced tea.
Make sure to try the local hot sauce. And ask for butter for the grits, it’ll put them over the top.
Might stop here again tomorrow as I head out of town.

Delicious biscuits and a great selection of food! The grits were creamy and well seasoned and the Brisket Biscuit and Jezebel Biscuit was amazing!
