We ordered 2 thick burgers and a chicken club and one thick burger was only supposed to have mayo and the chicken club with no cheese and we got 3 thick burgers with everything on them. Made us wait because the chicken was cooking and still never got the chicken club.the lettuce was brown and onions looked old. Had to figure out the order was wrong when we got home to eat it. Tried to call the restaurant but no one would pick up the phone.and never provided us a receipt.

I ask for a fresh steak egg and cheese biscuit and got one that was so dry I had to throw it away because it was so stale. Even waited 15 minutes for them to supposedly have cooked it. It must have been laying up there all morning. I also ask for a cinnamon with extra icing. I get a cinnamon that is so tough I break the fork. The reason I ask for my biscuit this way and my cinnamon with extra icing is because I have trouble swallowing because I had cancer and if it isn't soft it chokes me.

This is the worst Hardee's I've ever been in. Three times in a row our order was wrong when my husband got home with. I went back to complain this morning & the manager was too enticed in the drive thru. He acted like he didn't care if he helped me or not because all he was worried about was his line getting backed up.

Horrible customer service and the food quality is terrible at this location. Don't even waste your time unless you want old food.

The wait was ridiculously long for them to not be that busy. Our order was very much incorrect and what they did serve us was like chicken jerky on a sandwich. Now I know why I never go to Hardee's, a wasted $40

Food was good. Mistake was made on my order. Young lady promptly apologized and made things right. Great customer service.

I live less than 5 minutes away and made no stops food wasn't hot.

The drive thru person was awesome. She was very polite, advised me of the wait for my order and gave me a chance to choose something else or wait. Also made sure I had all sauces and everything I ordered.
