Starbucks

Indoor and outdoor seating at this Starbucks. They actually had honey packets for your hot tea, which most Starbucks do not have these days. That's a deal breaker if you drink honey with your hot tea and the tea bags have not steeped and been removed. Starbucks in general is good at coffee preparation but they are not trained or prepared on proper hot tea preparation. This location having the honey packets made a difference so we could have our afternoon tea. You do have to request them when you order though, as they no longer offer the convenience of packets available for you to grab before you sit down. Nice staff. Bathrooms and the seating area were not cleaned or tidy though.

I'm a regular at this starbucks (at least 3 times a week). A week ago after I leave the car line I taste my drink and it din't taste like what I asked for I park and go inside and ask one of the pekple inside if he can make me another one. He start to talk to the one who made my drink (Maddox) and he was pretty upset that I said it did not taste good. At the end he said "Here is your drink once again"... That is not nice. Today my drink was the same and the worst thing is that I kept it just for the simple reason on not geeting upset again with this guy (again)... You guys need to teach about customer service to this guy.
