The food was cold, and the employees had no professionalism at all. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich box and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. The 2 people in the pictures waited for 5 minutes until the first person was able to place his order (there was no one in the drive thru). The register wasn't working so the cashier would attempt to memorize your order, go to a register in the back then come back to the front and asks you to repeat the order. Lastly, you can't pay with a card that has a pin because the cashier has to go to the back register and thus won't allow you to go to the back to enter your pin.

This kfc continues to be horrible!!! Ordered an 8 piece tenders on a Monday at 12 pm!!! They said they don’t have that much ready!! I said I can wait since it’s Monday and lunch time that they should be making more anyways. They then told me the cook was on break I still stayed I would wait not a big deal. I asked for my receipt because I wanted to complain and she stated the printer is broke . So I parked waited then I came inside to wait for my food and to tell them What sauces I wanted since they didn’t ask. I ordered a soda and what do u know the printer works!!! Got my receipt sat and waited for 30 minutes for my food. Horrible service this is the 3rd time at this location that something like this has happened.

They are on their game! Now I do notice a lot of negative reviews, and likely these come at a time when it is busy and they are understaffed (is the origin of most negative reviews) but when going at a calm time, say 1:30, I get good service. They are friendly, they are fast, and the food comes out fresh, I honestly don't have negative experience to merit concern. Honestly, they are doing a fine job!

If I could give this place a zero Stars I would. I placed an order of over $90 to feed a family of 6. The order was confirmed as received, after about 45 minutes of waiting and expecting the food to be delivered, I received a message that the order was canceled without reason. I went inside to correct the confusion and still hopefully receive my order but I was met with a very rude and unprofessional "manager" who said their supply of chicken was running too low to fill our order. They were limiting people to four pieces of chicken per order. That's not how any food place is supposed to operate! You're supposed to continue to serve food until you're out completely. The manager had the audacity to tell me that if they filled our order and there wasn't enough chicken for everybody else that other people would be upset with her, because cancelling my order of over $90 that I now have to wait 3 business days for that money to be put back on to my bank card isn't going to make me mad? Plus she told me she had just canceled about 40 other orders. On top of having to spend more money that night to feed my family, KFC just lost a large families business for good.

Hello well tonight Tuesday I went there Dining room showed closed sign. So went thru drive thru order 4 piece meal came with mash and I got coleslaw and Mac. And requested 2 breasts and to legs orginal. It was over breaded and not cooked long enough. There was more bread on the chicken then meat. It was so greasy like it was in dirty oil. When is the last time they changed it. The breast were barely noted as breast more like thighs. Since had white meat must be. I would note it on there feedback line but they did not give me a receipt. Never had bad anything from here. It was horrible tonight. 😢. Beware coming after 8 pm it seems not a good time to get fresh good chicken here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.. I went thru the drive thru to place my order but couldn't understand their muffled response. So, I went to the window and said I couldn't understand what she was saying. KENNEDY quickly and RUDELY responded that she couldn't take my order at the window as it was prohibited and that they couldn't take any family meal orders only single meal orders. I preceeded to go inside the store. The cashier JOVANI was sincere and very eager to help me with my order. My order totaled over 60.00 and i handed him a 100.00. He asked the manager to verify my bill and the manner said he wasn't to accept it since the store had no change. I told the manager my order was over 60.00 and how could he have no change. He repeated he had no change and walked away. I FEEL SORRY FOR JOVANI AS HE DID ALL HE COULD DO WHILE WORKING IN A UNORGANIZED STORE!!!
