Del Taco

Most rude, incompetent employee I've ever encountered. I gave him the order 3-4 times but each time he read it back incorrectly. I tried using Spanish but that seemed to offend him. "You don't need to do that...I have your order." To which I responded, "No you don't . You haven't read it back correctly yet." He became more rude and said he could "shut down" my order. I said that would be fine and backed out of the drive thru. I went inside the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She was very apologetic and offered my food order for free. All the while this employee continued his rude comments and behavior. I told the manager that I did not want my order; I was concerned the employee might spit in it. To which he responded that he might do something even worse! To her credit, the manager tried to make it better but there was no fixing this situation and we left. It will be a very long time before I return to Del Taco. There are too many other fast food choices available to me.

Really horrible customer service. I backed out of the drive thru to avoid waiting too long but ended up waiting at the counter even longer. Not the end of the world but the cashier saw me waiting and ignored me. She barely communicated with me to get my order and walked away before the payment was done processing. Not a welcoming experience at all and p unprofessional

Whether you're in a hurry to get something to eat or special request, you can guarantee that every stop here everything that can go wrong will go wrong. They will get your order wrong at least 90% of the time in my experience. And the majority of the time just to get something simple off the menu it takes them like 15 minutes to get to you let alone if there's two cars in front of you there's your whole lunch break gone. One star because I highly recommend not stopping here it will ruin your day
