Got a ice cream cake and the Box said Oreo ice cream with chocolate cake the guy repeated it to make sure thats what we wanted. My son was very disappointed when we cut his cake since he loves Oreos. It was vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake. Unfortunately we are not going to take the cake back

The current new Hispanic lady cheated me in my order; I ordered a quart, & she half filled it stating "it goes by weight." That's never been the case before, and if that's the case why have a quart size container if it's not going to be filled. Right at the counter I hit container twice and contents shook down to half full. I'm so 😠, so this 31 flavors is not the place to come for cool ice cream, only to leave hotter than it is outside!!

The service here is bad. The guy who helped us was rushing and we could barely get out what we wanted. The scoops were disproportionate and when we asked if he could make both orders with the same amount of ice cream he got an attitude and refused. This is the last time we come here.

This one guy he is very cool and sweet and he does nice things overall I love this Baskin Robbins I recommend for all ice cream lovers.!

I like this Baskin Robbins alot I can't remember this young man name who is a employee but his super friendly and cool his always in a positive mood ..the ice cream is great they have a special on Tuesdays but its stars from 5pm until I think 9pm that's why we go mamas on budget I will be coming back soon ☺️
