Starbucks

This Starbucks is off the 60 Fwy off the Blaine exit on the corner of Blaine St. & Iowa Ave. next to Subway with drive-thru and plenty of parking. Today I had an iced Caramel Macchiato which tasted good and was very satisfying. The lobby was clean and so was the restroom. Customer service could be better though. The only part I didn't like was that this location did not allow me to order ahead via the app yet was not even busy once I got there.

App and goggle shows closing time at 11pm no posted sign of drive thru hours until I was at order site someone just said were closed I was just picking up this associate said don't know anything about it...no idea where to go.. I asked for my refund since order was in advanced and already said ready for pickup...he just didn't answer me. If place closes early than advertised app should be also updated. I been loyal customer for years... service is getting worse 😒

Isaac (who said he was the assistant manager) is the rudest employee I have ever interacted with. He has no customer service etiquette and does not know how to properly take an order. He does not represent what a Starbucks employee should be and I would recommend not going to this location for the sole reason that he will ruin your day. Shame on this location for employing someone so rude, inconsiderate and aggressive.

Hours keep changing at each location in Riverside. Most of them close 1 or 2 hours earlier than listed on Google and even their own website. Even the drive thru hours separate from the main walk-in hours are all over the place. If they tell you open at 4:30 am, but drive thru is open at 6, just bank on them opening at 6 and disregard that 4:30am. More than likely Starbucks can no longer afford 4:30 am staffing for orders just the truck delivery and clean up til 6am. This is the weirdest way for a huge brand to help me save money in these times by frustrating me to the point I will not consider wasting my time, my gas, or my stars on getting a drink outside of lunch time Noon sharp. Hope their regional ppl can bother to waddle from their couch to their laptop to take a look at some of these comments so they know why their west coast numbers are falling like bricks.

According to google, the stay open until 12pm. Its 11:15 pm and thier closed. I pulled up to several people waiting in line because all the lights where on like they were open, CLOSED. ME AND AT LEAST 10 CARS WAITED 15 MIN FOR NOTHING. I drove from 15 minutes away, what a waste of time and money. Starbucks doesn't pay for your gas nor time. STARBUCKS HAS BEEN FALLING OFF FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS.
