Ihop

It was a long drive to Riverside to pick up our son. We wanted a good breakfast and of course the delicious coffee because it's always delicious at IHOP and they keep the coffee flowing. There was a wait time and a bit crowded, nice and friendly. The young lady gave us a ticket and they call number out when ready. Food was very delicious. Next time I'm in Riverside I'll definitely be coming by here again.

IHOP a nice menu discount from 3PM-9PM at all their stores which pretty much the same as the regular menu, you just can't substitute things like you can on the regular menu. I had a ham and cheese that was so big, I could have taken half of it home. The waiters and waitresses are overall very friendly and courteous, and managers stay on top of things. IHOP is always clean.

Been meaning to post this. For the manager and staff at this location. Took my family here for Mother’s Day last weekend. The wait was only 25min on a BUSY day. The restaurant was PACKED. We were seated pretty quick. I was so impressed with the service, the staff and the food quality for such a busy day. You guys really out did yourselves this day. I’ve been to many restaurants on a regular day and haven’t received this kind of quality service. Just wanted to say thank you for giving us a great experience on such a chaotic day.

We ordered the sampler as an appetizer. The chicken was dry and the onion rings were soft and cheese sticks sauce was cold. The I watched my food sitting under the warmer for ten minutes, and when I asked the manager about she lied and said they still making my food.and of course my wife's food is not ready yet. 5 minutes later the cook takes my plate of the warmer then puts it back as if he just made . Finally I got fed up from their service and their lies . So I just left. I will never go there again. I don't recommend it to anybody.

Absolutely terrible service and as with several other reviews we were outright lied to. When presented with the proof we were told that not only was there no manager on duty but that the restaurant had no manager period. When we clearly showed that the order had not been filled properly they told us that they had no control with ordering on the website. Part of our order included 30 oz drinks which they filled with 12 oz drinks and we were told that was the largest size they had and I could forget about a refund because they said that they received no money from the order because it was placed on line. Seriously? We like iHop but will never order here again and I'm pursuing other means to get a fair refund.

Worst experience ever. We were seated and the server had taken our order but took nearly an hour to have the food brought out, everyone around was being attended and getting their food & even having new people got attended before us. All that was being given to us was coffee no food. Once food arrived, it was so cold. They took back the food so we were about to leave but the manager came up and apologized, we stayed to eat but in no way are we ever going back. Very dissatisfied with their service.
