Hooters

We ordered 10 wings with two different sauces and a Philly steak sandwich. After along time our wings came but no sandwich. The sauce was good, but the chicken was tough, and to crunchy. The sandwich came 28 mins after we finished the wings. My girlfriend and I were going to split all of it and we had to wait forever just to get the rest of our order. We know it wasn't our waitresses fault because we can see and Hear one of the three cooks yelling and screaming at all of the girls and even was using the F word. He had a small beard and hat on and should not be talking to all of the girls the way he was. Our waitress apologized for everything and we told her we know it wasn't her fault. We got a small discount, but I just want the manager and other customers to be aware. We were very unsatisfied and will probably avoid this location. We still tipped our waitress well for her having to put up with that abuse.

I went in for dinner with daughter. There was 2 males kissing. The waitress were drinking at bar from customers drinks. Very rude service. Very disappointing. Told manager I was unhappy with service and was not going to pay for service. Manager called the cops tried to get me arrested. But I let cops know what happened and they let me go. Never going there again.

Walked in there wasn’t a hostess so we waited to be seated an other patron told us we could seat wherever even though the waitress walk passed us three times did ask if we need help or that it’s open seating sat down to a sticky table and tapped up bench seat as a franchise it was very disappointing to see was my first time to a hooters and to be honest I’ll never return everyone only gets one shot at a first impression and I can say they blew it. 3/19/22 also not busy at all at 1:40 pm.
