Ordered a sub & a salad. So disappointed. My salad had a long hair in it.. couldn't finish it. 🤮 both girls that were making sandwiches had hair LOOSELY tied up, at best.
The restaurant was clean, well-lit & smelled great! The girls were friendly & talkative; helpful if you will.
***I would love to give 3 or even 4 stars but the hair in my salad is just too GROSS!!!***

More space than the other Subway by campus. Walked right up and ordered a steak on 9 grain. See pic. Meat was good, bread fresh veggies were crisp. The girl and guy were kind of hiding out but came out of the woodwork when I came into the store. Tables n chairs For seating. Clean. Standard subway drink options. They should have edamame and vegetable crisps for snack option. No greasy potato chips for me.

Came in with a HUGE order and Izzy was AMAZING. So professional and was sooo friendly. She offered great suggestions and was a delight to talk to! Will definitely be coming to this location more for the excellent service she provided! Thank you Izzy!

Would’ve left zero stars if I could’ve! Went for the promotional free subs. Asked the lady at the front of the prep line for the free sub. When I got to the end of the line they said the total was the price of a normal 12” sub because what they made for me wasn’t one of the free ones and that I HAD to pay for it because they made it. Although they then gave me the free sub too, this was a swindle and a waste of money! Won’t be going back!!

Incredibly dirty store. Trash bag dragged across the floor leaving wet mess. Glass filthy. Sandwich counter had food, mayo, mustard smeared all over it. I was the only customer in the store so its not like they were busy. Walked in at 730pm. Hallway lights were already off. Half the lights in the restaurant were off. Not good! Sandwiches were sloppybut tasted good.

Went here on Saturday, 10/19 with family. They overcharged us which we didn't catch until we sat down to eat in the restaurant. When my daughter went to resolve and they admitted they made a mistake, they said there was nothing they could do about it.
How can you run a business without someone on property who can correct mistakes? When she asked to have a manager called, they said they could not because they didn't think one was availabe.
What a terrible way to treat customers!
