Food was excellent but removing a star bc the staff was unfriendly. The first kid who took my order cut me off in the middle of everything I said and when I went back for another burger, the next kid laughed at me and shook his head while I was ordering. I expected the grown ups to be nicer but they didn’t make eye contact or say thank you. Just yelled out the order number and shoved it at folks. 😅 Maybe it was an off night, but you expect people to be nicer when you’re dropping 60 bucks on burgers, fries and shakes.

Overall my recent visit was okay but it was not really great and it was enough to make me rethink going back. Usually I don't mind paying a little bit more for high quality burgers when I have a treat but this time I don't feel the quality was very good. Starting with my fries they were lukewarm when I got them which is definitely not typical. The burger tasted just okay and not as fresh for some reason. The staff was pretty friendly but also a little bit distracted by whatever conversation they were having before I came in. Overall the restaurant was pretty dingy and dirty for them to be sitting around talking honestly, I think some strong management would be helpful here. I'm not against having a little bit of fun with your co-workers but you can talk and clean obviously. Overall it made me uncomfortable.

Firstly, go in knowing it's expensive for a burger and fry joint...but the food is outstanding, greasy, but delicious. A bacon cheeseburger and regular fry each and my hubby and I had lunch AND dinner and we are NOT small people...$40 for 2 giant burgers, a ton of fries, a milkshake and a large coke. Pricey, but WORTH IT

Overpriced. $50 to feed a family of 3 and that included small burgers. I have wanted to eat at this place for over 2 years, so maybe my expectations were too high. The quality of their thin tiny patty sucked though. No wonder so many of these restaurants have had to close down. Save your $$ and get a $1.50 burger from McDonald's. Way better.
