Starbucks

Great management, and a very hard working staff! I'm not a daily customer, but I sometimes treat myself. Over the course of 5 years, everyone in there is working hard, and providing friendly customer service! I've been in there more often to spend some holiday gift cards. The young lady that was working remembered my drink order and my name from a couple days before. I'm no one special, and I'm definitely not a "regular". This to me shows a lot. She is clearly a very bright person, and she is going out of her way to provide the top level of customer service, to EVERYONE! The praise goes to her, but also very much to the management. Your location has such a great culture, and y'all have established such a friendly, and welcoming environment. This is obviously not true for every business nearby. Very good job!!!!!! Thanks!!!!

I waited 10 min in line with only 1 car Infront of me. When I finally got to the order screen I waited z other 5 min. When I got my drink it tasted like water. I got the strawberrys and cream. It's like they didn't even blend it or add ice. Worst $6 I ever spent. I will no longer be going to this Starbucks.

Ordered 6 drinks 3 of them were wrong, I tried talking to the person on the window but she had on a headset and airpods on so she didn't hear me. I tried calling them but the phone just keeps ringing 😒 I always ask for no foam on my drink cause half of my cup is always just foam and I didn't pay 7 bucks for a cup of coffee for it to be milk bubbles. Not happy cause this is the 3rd time they screw it up.

Moving my family across the country in an RV and stopped at this starbucks in Rifle Colorado. Got the kids frappucinos, myself and my wife some egg bites and a bacon egg ghouda sandwich and a couple of white mochas. The crew at this starbucks were on point!! They were super welcoming and made everything quickly. One of the better starbucks i have been in during this trip. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I travel a lot and was extremely satisfied with my experience at this Starbucks because of the barista-Greg! He was very welcoming and listened to exactly how I wanted my custom Chestnut praline Frappuccino. I will be back when traveling on interstate 70. Thanks Greg, there should be more Baristas hired at Starbucks that have your upbeat attitude and excellent customer service skills!!
