Starbucks

So there's a lot to say about this Starbucks. As a company, I like Starbucks. This was absolutely the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. The bathroom had very very little toilet paper, the three garbages in the lobby were overflowing, the benches were torn or taped with duct tape, there was so much garbage on the floor, such as wrappers, napkins and old sugar packets. Tables were dirty, the counter where the napkins are was dirty with wrappers and napkins and one of the napkin dispensers was empty. One of these in itself shouldn't really matter but all of them together when there was only one other patron sitting at a table is disgusting. I was meeting some people and the first thing I said was that was the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been in. They weren't busy and when I walked away from the counter and sat down the girls (who are very friendly) were just chatting. I have no problem with hanging out and talking during work but your store is literally disgusting. It definitely made me regret paying 10 bucks for a coffee and bread after looking around at how dirty the place was. It made me wonder what it looks like behind the counter. Actually, I don't even want to think about it. There's no chance in hell I'm ever coming back to the store. I don't know who the regional manager is but I sure hope they make a visit.

Great spot on 17 for a coffee break. Staff is super friendly and I’ve been here all times of the day and weekends as well as weekdays and they are always super helpful and kind. Not to much else to say as the brand speaks for itself but I find its the people that make the difference between Starbucks locations. This team won’t disappoint!

Over $6 for a grande latte .. I ordered a salted caramel latte, and the said they didn’t have that so suggested a mocha and toffee mix. I said that was fine but one one pump of syrup each for a total of two, no whip cream or extra drizzle. She handed the drink before she rang it up and I almost dropped my coffee the same time I dropped my jaw. $6+ 🤑🤭 .. I asked why is it so much more than normal. And she apologized and said she had to ring it up that way since that drink didn’t exist and that it’s more money. Normally in a grande latte there are 4 pumps of syrup. And I had only asked for 2 .. so I couldn’t understand why, not only are they charging for 4 pumps , but also extra. I paid and said I’ll never be back to this location. They apparently can’t comprehend how to ring up something fairly.

Starbucks as a whole has reduced cup sizes so much that it really isn't worth going there anymore. Now that one side of our Government is pushing Unions into these places, so expect cups to get even smaller and prices to increase dramatically. Working at Starbucks was never supposed to be a career type position. Dems pushing this IS a tax on the middle-class, since higher prices means higher taxes collected.
