Gently Fold Bakery

I ordered a vegan, gluten free, nut free cake from them for my wedding. The chocolate cake with chocolate icing. It was delicious and all my guests with food restrictions were so pleased! This is a nut free facility. They said it’s not a gluten free facility but they are very careful to prevent cross contamination. Some of my guests are quite sensitive to gluten and they didn’t have any problems.

Been eating baked goods here since last July 2021 and it’s now January 2022. Ordered a few custom cakes and many cupcakes and cookies. Consistency in deliciousness and customer service. Unfortunately the lines can be long sometimes but that’s not a bad thing obviously. They are long because they are a great bakery, not because they are slow at service. Whether one has to buy at Cake Box due to food allergies, celiacs or other reasons, I would buy here anyway.

My wife and I truly did not know wedding cake could be this good! For starters, the Cake Box was extremely easy to work throughout the entire process. Since we do not live so close to the shop, we were not able to taste the cake beforehand but we put our trust in the team. We specifically worked with Robert, who helped us go over our options and select the perfect size cakes for our guests and for our custom wedding cake. He was a pleasure to work with. Our custom wedding cake was absolutely stunning, covered in gold leaf and cranberries. All of our guests couldn't believe it was real cake. it was delicious too! Our guests' cake had the most decadent chocolate ganache with a raspberry filling. The only regret is we didn't order extra! Delivery on the day of the wedding was on time and the price was more than reasonable. You should definitely work with the Cake Box for your next event.

The cupcakes at this bakery are beyond delicious but it is VERY frustrating when they don't keep to their posted hours!! This is the 3rd time in as many weeks that I have stopped by to grab a last minute dessert and they are closed before their posted times 🥲. Worse yet staff is inside and ignores people at the door!

From gluten free cupcakes, cakes and cookies this bakery nails it! They have an art of baked goods. Very friendly, professional and personable. They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best. My family is mostly gluten-free and I have to say that it’s great to find a bakery that have great products. This is not an easy task. We have had a variety of cupcakes which were out of this world. You pay for quality products and I find their prices reasonable. The decorations is a craft as you can see from this vanilla cake. Delicious!!!!

3 starts was as generous as I could be. I tried 3 cupcakes and all were nothing special. For $3.50 per cupcake they should he 2x the size. I was also a bit taken back that the are no longer taking cake orders for thanksgiving. If I was running this business you could be sure I’d be working overtime to fill orders. After the cupcake sampling I’m glad anyway. Called market at union hall and as usual they were happy to take my order and their cakes are the best anyway.
