Guy at the cash could have been a little bit more friendly, and the strawberry Frappuccino really was ice water with some color we had two of them really disappointing. We sat outside my friend and had to sit at the least dirty table that they had outside so they're busy on the inside, taking orders neglecting the outside.Perhaps they could check to see once in awhile if the tables need wiping. That would make this a five-star instead of a three star Starbucks thank you

I had a terrible experience at this location . Customer service level and quality of service was very bad, not recommended at all. We talked to the manager name shea they do not apply Starbucks policy and they kept me in line for 7 minutes no solution was provided to me and I had to leave the store unhappy on satisfied never will go back to this location ever

Drive thru starbucks. They have internal seating for about twenty people with adaptors for computers on two of the tables. They have front outdoor sitting for four. The cool part is they have a hedged outdoor area that seats 8. Access is from Sea Island Hwy or Bridgeport. Parking is usually ok except when they are having a tournament at the nearby Online gaming store.

I hate complaining as I used to work in a Starbucks myself, but after waiting 20 minutes for a drink we ordered via mobile order today, I had to say something. There were people behind us getting their orders before ours, so clearly it got lost in the mix, but no attempt at a real apology was made. When I used to work there, we’d at least offer a sincere apology and sometimes offer a voucher for a free drink, but this was just shrugged off. This is not the first time we’ve had to wait an extended period of time. I have no problem if they’re honest about how long it’s actually going ti take, but when you’re told 7 minutes when it’s going to be 20, something’s gotta give. After that whole wait, there was no flavoured syrup in my drink either. Very diappointing and won’t be visiting again.

A customer was yelling at one of the barista who was working as a cashier that she did not greet him properly. He yelled, loud enough for the whole store to know, that she should do it properly. The barista smile politely and redo her introduction (hello, welcome to Starbucks. I am (insert name). How can I help you). He then proceed to tell the whole store how this is done and that the world need more people like him to keep up the standards. The staff working there were extremely polite and just keep smiling through the whole thing. Fast services, clean place and great staff!
