A great coffee and dessert place. They have your usual mix of specialty coffees and add to that a selection of pastries and sandwiches. They also have a gelato cooler. While it is mass produced gelato it is pretty tasty. There are both regular tables to sit at but it is also right beside a large lounge space in the mall. The line has power spots for laptop plug in. Staff are friendly and usually quick at their jobs. Parking is readily available from the mall, they are on a major bus hub and the Canada line is very close.

I ordered large size but the male staff gave me small one , I spend $5.20 for coffee and gave $2.50 coins for tips. So totally I spend $7.70 and only get small coffee and rude service. Never ever come back any more, ever!

The worst coffee I've ever had and terrible customer service as well. I ordered an iced americano - the lady made it hot, then proceeded to glare at me when I told her that I ordered it iced. She remade it, but she never gave me the almond milk I asked for either. Oh, might I mention that the americano tasted terrible as well.

Ordered a large latte to go. When I pay the barista asked me to choose the percentage of tips and I chose no tips. So I was waiting with my friend chatting for a while. After a long time waiting I was like where’s my coffee. So I walked to the other side and my coffee was there. Really? I didn’t give tips so you didn’t even care to tell me my coffee is ready on the other side? My question is, do I have to pay tips when I order a coffee to go?

Only accepts tap so make sure you either bring cash or Tap which I didn't have, not everyone has tap or cash on them, owner makes great coffee but unfortunately whoever made this one wasn't that great at all. It was warm and watered down.

This place is terrible. Worse customer service ever. Staff was rude and coffee is lowest of the grade. The place was so dirty and staff don't wash their hands. This place should be shut down by Vancouver coastal health.

This place has the worse service and low quality coffee. Very questionable hygiene also. I would skip this place the go to Tim Hortons or Starbucks a few steps away. It's an embarrassment just to be near this coffee shop.
