Bob Evans

My husband and I were gifted a Bob Evans gift card recently, so we decided to head there for dinner tonight. I wanted to write a review because I noticed the Assistant Manager--I believe her name was Ella Zhang--doing a fabulous job. She greeted customers, checked in to see how they were doing, and overall made sure people were having a good experience. 5/5 stars for Ella. We had a great night and we also enjoyed the Rise and Shine burgers! We are looking forward to going back.

I often rely on Bob Evans when I travel, which is a lot, because the quality is consistentfrom location and good! This particular Bob Evans was so so. My breakfast was a little too cold, but I said nothing as our server gave us a bit of an attitude from the get go, so I didn't want to rattle her more and feel her wrath!

We love Bob Evans and usually have good food and service. Today was a joke!! I ordered the 3 meat omelet and here's how it looked. Eggs completely ocercooked, burnt, and dry, and the cheese was just thrown on there and not even melted!! Ordered onions in my hash browns and was told this is how they are instructed to cook and serve them!! Bob Evans, you're suppose to be "down home, southern cooking" but you can't teach your cooks to put onions in hasbrowns when cooking them?!? You're southern card has been revoked! The manager did come over, after I sent my omelet back, and removed all the charges from our bill and offered to make me a new one, but no thanks. She was in the kitchen with the cook and saw this one come out looking like this! 😢😢 👎 👎

Had the grilled chicken breasts with mashed potatoes and green beans. Chicken breasts were tender and juicy and flavorful especially with BBQ dipping sauce. Green beans had ham and onion. Very nice. Serving pumpkin pie again. Tasty because they warm it up for you. Great service from Jasmine even though they were very busy an hour before closing.
