Hate how you order then when you pick it up on time they start cooking the order. This wingstop gets 3 stars because its one or the other either lightly sauced/seasoned or forgets a few items its annoying

Pretty good i got the korean mildly spicy wings and they are really decent the fries are good a little tad much amount of salt but not to crazy and the lemon pepper was okay a little unappetizing still really good overall

Inexperienced customer service…they had a line of people waiting in the restaurant to place orders and both of the cashiers were on the phone. After one completed the order on the phone she walked away to the back then returned to pick up a new call while staring at all of the customers in line.

If you value time, DO NOT order from here. 30 minute wait ETA after placing an online order then having to wait another 30 minutes once I'm there for the pick up. I may as well order chicken nuggets with the honey mustard from McDonald's, I'd be more happier tbh. You can just feel the tension from everyone waiting 40+ minutes. It's beyond frustrating. Stay safe, stay home, and most definitely stay away from Wing Stop at McDonald's

Usually a good spot but they dropped the ball this time. Food wasn't prepared like I ordered it. There was No extra seasoning it was Extra Well Done. It was just over all not tasty.....This time. Hopefully they get it together SOON!

I only order from here once in a blue moon when I forget to pull out my own chicken to cook and EVERYTIME I'm disappointed. It's insanity. Something is ALWAYS missing or not cooked right. Then you're made to feel bad with little to no compensation for there mistake. Yup I'm done. I'll be thawing out my party wings on Thursday for some homemade lemon pepper wings on Friday.
