This restaurant and the owner are AMAZING. We placed a Grubhub order and the driver repeatedly delayed the pickup time until finally the restaurant had to call grubhub themselves to arrange a new driver. (Apparently grubhub has no mechanism for identifying or caring if a driver delays an order for an hour and a half). The owner waited there past closing just to wait for our order to get picked up by the new driver and even took it upon himself to remake our food so it would be fresh since the everything had gotten so delayed with the driver mishap. I am so impressed by this absolutely fantastic service from a restaurant that clearly cares about quality. Oh and the food was DELICIOUS with good portions for a great price.

Tasty, affordable and unpretentious. Great for a snack or a meal, and the service is always friendly! I've only been there for lunch but I'm looking forward to trying them for dinner. They always advertise good drink specials. I love the fact that their lunch specials are well under $10, and then you can add on extras for a few bucks, such as dumplings. Healthy, light - great vegan and vegetarian options in addition to traditional Korean meat dishes.

Gotta improve on serving time especially during lunch, i can see that all the dishes are made to the order, but during lunch on a weekday i cant sit for 45 mins waiting for food. But when it comes to food this is the best korean food u can get in downtown. Great bulgogi and steamed dumplings, really liked the kimchi.

The delivery was only a few minutes longer than expected. Everything arrived as ordered and was really good. The gochuchang/ spicy sauce was on point. Some places water it down, but this was good quality. I don’t care for runny eggs so I only ate some of the egg, the pork was good too. My only complaint was that I paid an extra $2 for pork, and I just didn’t feel it was $2 worth. In the end I’d still order it again if I come back to Richmond.

3rd time at K-Town. Stopped in for appetizers and drinks before heading down to pride fest 2018. They have amazing fried chicken that is a special Friday and Saturdays. Make sure to head here early Friday so you don’t miss out! We also ordered chicken dumplings and mango bubble tea. K-Town has great service and the food is always spot on!
