Let's be honest, it's subway, so you know what you're getting into when it comes to their food. But the customer service and atmosphere at this location are better than any other subway I've been to. They make me feel like a valued customer and not just another sandwich they have to make. Will return frequently.

This is by far one of the best Subways in town. I only saw 2 employees in the restaurant but the dining area was very clean and the most important thing in a restaurant is the restroom and I must say it was immaculately clean. These guys here deserve a raise.

Each employee greeted my family with smiles as we walked in. They were so nice and friendly and I’m so glad we stopped in on our 12 hour trip. They were all great ♥️
The only thing I would recommend to corporate is to add a changing table to the bathrooms as there was none.

Exceptional subway location. Not sure if it was the friendly staff and sparkling clean shop that made our sandwiches taste so much better than normal or what, but if you need a pitstop on 95 before Richmond this is a good bet.

I LOVE this Subway restaurant. It's clean and feels so nice cool upon walking in from the summer heat. I enjoy sitting inside and eating sometimes when time allows that for me. Also...there is a super nice employee named Monk that currently works there. He made my chicken sub that has the garlic aioli on it. I can't think of the proper name of the sub at the moment but he will be my go-to sandwich/sub maker!

It was our official first day back to the office today and since our cafeteria isn't yet open, our boss offered to buy us all lunch. I called this Subway at 8:30 am to order two catering boxes and a variety of chips to be picked up at lunch time. The gentleman who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived a few minutes early the staff were all working together to label each kind of sandwich and put our order in a beautiful bag to make it all easy to carry. The sandwiches were fresh, the condiments were provided in individual bags, plenty of napkins were tucked in nicely. The staff were friendly and kind and helpful and seemed excited to help us make our lunch easy and fun. I couldn't have asked for things to go any better! Our team really enjoyed eating them too!
