Wendy's

Half of the time my fries are hot but the container is always under filled. Customer service is ok and mostly friendly. When I order by Uber Eats my food is always much better, fresh, hot & fry container filled. I hate that the condiments are put in the bag on top my fries or nuggets. Its disgusting. Even if I say no condiments its always there. Otherwise I have no problem with this establishment.

My rating concerns the kindness and respect that I saw a customer treated with today, a customer who obviously had some impairment which affected her ability to communicate well, making her appear rude and demanding. Even though it was evident that she was impaired, it would have been easy, and maybe even understandable, for the young woman cashier to become impatient, but she was the opposite, patient and helpful. I hope the store manager reads reviews. If so, please commend the young lady who was taking orders on Saturday, December 7th at around 2pm.

11/16-6PM= Amazing experience, I called about the other night, and the GM-Jeannette was just great. She was extremely understanding and helpful, really went above and beyond to apologize and make up for the other nights' awful experience even though she wasn't even there that night. All I wanted was to explain what happened, and I genuinely didn't expect any sort of compensation or apology, but she had me come in with my receipt and made it up to me anyways. (Always keep your receipts folks!) Originally my rating was a 2/5, but it's definitely a 4/5. Eventually I'll be updating it again after a few more visits, and hopefully it'll be a 5/5 by then. The morning crew is generally amazing, last night and tonight were my first times dealing with the late/night crews. There's definitely a huge customer satisfaction difference between the two, hopefully they can figure out how to make them consistent. 11/15-9:30PM= Absolutely awful experience, I will gladly explain in more detail if anyone wants. But I'm choosing to leave this vague because of the post above. Mainly cause there's a word limit and I can't fully explain it.
