Starbucks

The dining area looked like a storage area. There were lots of boxes of product stacked around the dining area. The staff was nice and my Carmel crunch Frappuccino was good except that they didn't have the topping for on it. They ask me if I still wanted it before making the order, so that was good. Otherwise an average visit for a Starbucks.

Natalee, Gwen, Leilani, Jasmine, and Janice, you all went above and beyond in providing us with an exceptional experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make our visit outstanding. Your kindness, consideration, and impeccable customer service truly stood out. Each interaction with your team felt like a welcoming embrace, making us feel valued as customers. Natalee, your friendly demeanor and attention to detail made every order feel personalized and special. Gwen, your ability to anticipate our needs and accommodate our preferences did not go unnoticed. Your teamwork and camaraderie were evident, creating an atmosphere that was both inviting and uplifting. It's rare to find a crew that not only excels in their roles but also radiates genuine care for their customers. This is a great location and team to get your morning coffee from. A majority of them know me (and many other customers) as they call me by name as I walk in for my week"day" coffee. Their customer service is incredible and I feel comfortable whether it's a perfect day at Starbucks or their system is having issues... They aim to take care of the customers. Thanks everyone!

Pretty fast-paced for some reason. I don't know what the obsession is with people and coffee that this company just thrives but it's okay. I liked the coffee I got. The place could have been a little cleaner but I get it, the workers are moving fast so they don't necessarily notice the small things in the lobby all the time
