Aroma Cafe & Lounge

This place is a little pricey for me personally, but they really do have great food. I tried a RVA Breakfast sandwich and Mochafé cool, both were great. I was also very pleased the the customer service. This isn't the best place for getting work done because the music can be a bit loud, but the cashier working was nice enough to turn it down a little bit!

I tried their Turkish coffee with a small piece of baklava, and really enjoyed it. The Turkish coffee seemed really fresh -- it was dark, earthy, a little bit spicy, and really good. And then I got a lemon mint smoothie for the road. A girl that works here was mixing the fresh mint leaves with the cucumber and such when I came in, and it just looked so good and fresh. And it was really fantastic, and something special in my opinion. It's healthy and low-calorie and low-fat, but flavorful and so refreshing. If it sounds good to you, then I'm sure you'd love it too. Additionally, the staff was really friendly. And I would come back just for the lemon mint smoothie!
