Panera Bread

Big chain soup, salad, sandwich, and pastry restaurant. You order your food and eat at a table similar to Aroma Coffee establishments. The food items are done well with many classic items, they have a great all you can drink option with no calorie tea cocktails. Another cool item is year round bread bowl options for the soups! My biggest gripe is the overall cost, $12 for a "full size" sandwich is kinda steep, especially if you just order a grilled cheese. I give them 7/10!

The food is fresh and there are lots of options. They do have kids meals. I like their mac n cheese option because it's real mac n cheese (not KD). The employees at this location are super friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit steeper for an everyday place but it's nice for a treat. Btw their cinnamon bagel is to die for! Great on a cheat day!

I come often to the Panera Cafe at Yonge/16th Ave, Richmond Hill. Coffee is good and sandwich is tasty. The setting is comfortable to sit for an hour. I meet my mortgage clients here from time to time because the location is convenient, with free Wi-Fi and parking. The restaurant staff members here are friendly and helpful. Thank you! The thing I like most is free coffee refill. Overall rating: 4.30.

4 Stars because it is pricey especially for being a very casual cafe atmosphere and food portions are not very big. Otherwise food, pastries and coffee drinks are tasty and they do offer a diverse menu with healthy options. That service is fast and staff are friendly. I really love the cinnamon latte!

I've been to this place twice, and I'll never go back. First time the cappuccino tastes like powder milk and the orange juice was like sugar and water without any taste. I went again to give it a second chance... Their hot chocolate was awful. It doesn't taste like chocolate (more like water with a bit of milk). The wifi is useless. Opening a simple google page took around 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to write this review despite having a very bad experience. I hope it'll be useful and it helps them to improve.
