My whooper was built to perfection 👍. It's nice to see fast food done the right way. It's been a while since my last visit but it does seem roomier with the renovations. There is two level, which has a play place for kids. Customer area and employee are kept clean. You definitely live the experience. Looking forward to returning.

I just came in for an Uber pickup. The time was around 10:15pm. This location had already closed to the public. As I walked in I spoke to the man in the front. Let me just say this. Michael is an incredible man. He was so kind to me and very honest with everything. He helped get my Uber pickup and made sure that it was made to perfection including drinks, sauces and the food itself. Michael was in the middle of cleaning when I came in he dropped what he was doing to help me. He had no bad attitude at all which honestly if it were me on the other side of the counter I would have been a little bothered. Michael however wasn’t. Such a great person and had absolutely perfect customer service. I’ve done over 100+ Uber delivers and no one was as nice and genuine as Michael was. Thank you 5 stars perfect!

If i could give this place Negative one star I would. First off the place needs a refresh. The soda machine on the left doesnt work but ice does come out. The second soda machine works but no ice comes out but soda does. The labels are missing, they are sticky. Machine needs to be throughly cleaned as there are darker parts in the bottom of the drains, is it mold? Who knows maybe. The place overall could a good make over. The worker, one Bangladesh guy and an African young lady were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. Food wise, I ordered the tacos and they were horrible, dried caked up beef or I think it was beef at least. The shells were very hard that I cut my rear gum biting into one. I would NOT recommend the tacos. I also ordered a chicken sandwich and the cheese looked like it fell on top of the chicken by mistake, it wasn’t even melted. This place needs a franchisee rep to come over and see what’s happening. This place many years ago, maybe 10, was pretty good but it has just gone downhill, maybe a cliff more like it.
