I definitely think Wendy's is one of the better tasting fast food franchises. They did a good job with my order. Quick and correct.

Was pretty pleased with my order. I had a double bacon jalapeno burger. It's more flavorful than spicy. The chocolate frosty was like soft-serve ice cream; if you like that, you'll like it. It was awfully small though.

ordering was hard because of the speaker not being the best of quality and i couldn’t understand much when the drive thru guy read my order back to me. i pulled up to the drive thru window and sarah happily offered to read my order back to me and fix any mistakes. sarah was so friendly and warm. keep making that bread girl! you’re awesome

Disappointed in my experience today. Our cod and chicken sandwiches had been under the warmer for a long time. Why weren’t they thrown out when their hold time was up? I ordered a Sprite, but got a watered down Coke, and the two dipping sauces we ordered weren’t in the bag.

Manger??? Taking drive threw orders very rude and no customer service at all. Had total different than on screen, so asked why? Yelled at me you placed the order right. 50's or so age glasses needs coaching on being a decent human being. Lots of room for growth.

Gives no ketchup. When I ask for barbecue sauce told me 25 cents.. are you kidding me? I will never return to this place even if I am starving. When does one get so form of condiment with fries? Shameful!..Deserves a ZERO!

Focus on the customers order and not your personal conversations which must have been hilarious by the way you all were reacting. Time and a place for that. Not while customers food is sitting there getting cold
