Subway

Employees are not friendly, very irritable with customers and seemed to just not care about serving customers. Like someone said earlier, I watched an employee handle money, then grab gloves to make sandwiches...which would obviously make the gloves dirty. I ordered a salad and typically they ask if you want it chopped or as is. Didn't ask me for my preference, dumped WAY too much dressing on (without asking if I wanted it on the salad or on the side). Also, I wanted the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki as my protein and just took chopped up plain chicken, poured some teriyaki sauce on top of that and dumped that on my salad. My salad tastes horrible and is basically soup from all the dressing and the teriyaki sauce. I would not recommend this Subway. They need to have better management for their employees.

By far one of the worst subways I've ever been to!!!! They skimp on the meat and toppings. I was there today and the lady literally was just throwing the few toppings i got on the sandwich! Then when I went to check out she also just threw my chane on to the counter!!! So very rude I will not be returning there!!! Unfortunately I do work right around the corner and it is one of the few places we have around to eat from but after today's experience I will not be returning!!!!

The subway on Wheatley Road has the rudest employees that I have ever seen, especially the guy at lunch who makes sandwiches. He told me to move, get out of the way, because there are other people waiting in line, there were only two people behind me.He did not have time to mark the sandwiches. I ordered five different sandwiches. Although this location is convenient, but I’ll never go there neither would I recommend this location to anyone else.

The staff is friendly, capable, and quick. The food is consistent and mostly very fresh. Once or twice I had some spinach that was funky or a mushy tomato. Really, in 9 years, just a couple times, and I'm a little picky about spinach. Smallish, but it's clean, and they have bathrooms. I'd give it 4.5 if I could.
