Caribou Coffee

Great customer service and very helpful. I asked for a hot tea to be made cold/iced and they were able to make it work and were honest that it may need an extra minute or two to steep then ice it for me. Even after that I forgot to mention the type of milk I would like but they did it for me and asked. I appreciate that because I forget often to tell them what milk I want. The 2 workers who helped me were also very polite. Best airport coffee shop service I have ever had!

I would give this a 1/2 star if possible. Kimberly the “assistant manager” has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff allowed me to order an item that was current out of stock. Kimberly was loud, abrasive, and short with me because her staff made the mistake of not double checking what was available. She then continued to antagonize me by making a scene yelling and trying to belittle me in front of a growing breakfast rush. I can’t imagine this level of attitude and lack of leadership is something Caribou teaches its “management”. I was told Tony is the acting manager and I will be reaching out to him about this ridiculous exchange. Although it’s hard to take anything Kimberly says at face value after this experience. WORST customer service I have ever seen.

Normally I wouldn't leave a review for somewhere I grabbed coffee at an airport, but I had to. The man taking my order didn't hear me correctly and typed in a caramel coffee drink instead of chocolate, and I don't like caramel, but it was crazy busy so I didn't want to get back in line or cut to talk to him. I walked over to the pickup counter and the woman was so willing to help make sure I got the right drink! She made sure no one else made the drink by telling them AND deleting it from the screen, and she took extra care to make my drink perfectly and was so friendly. :)
