Subway

This particular store is clean at least. I found it lacking in service. The fella behind the counter wasn't really there if you catch my drift, and had the personality of a potato. Just saying. Dont expect much of anything unless you ask 4 times. I had a meatball sub with only black olives added. I had to ask 4 times just to get enough olives to stretch the length of the sandwich at which time i gave up and just took it like that. Needless to say I left slightly disappointed. Anyway...

I went in with coupons that are good through the date of my order. I also shared some with various customers that were in the line. The customer in front of me presented her coupon and the cashier took it. When the lady at the counter took my coupon, she said it wasn't working and refused to use it. She told me that it was expired, but it had the same date as all the others. I asked for a manager and she told me that she would return in about 10 minutes. I finally decided to leave. I do not understand this non-customer service attitude that so many have.

Employees here always take their time in greeting customers walking in the door. They are happy to continue chatting amongst themselves and only stopped to take my order after 3 people walked in behind me. An employee was too busy making sandwiches for her kids to even greet me. This place feels more like afternoon daycare than a sandwich shop.
