I have no problem with their products or their prices. I enjoy talking to a couple of the employees when I go in there as I do often, approximately every other day or so. I have never been mistreated other than who I believe is their loss prevention person who is a gentleman that is the only employee to have ever asked me to leave my backpack at the register. Not a single other time have I been asked by anyone else other than him. At this juncture it's almost humorous. I don't say anything and simply do what is asked. I guess my biggest complaint about the store is that I went in one afternoon and left my debit card in the machine. The next morning when I realized that I had left the card I called the store immediately and spoke with the manager who informed me that they did in fact have my card in their possession and would hold it for me to come pick it up that afternoon. Approximately 3 hours afterwards I showed up at the store asking for my card to be informed that it had been destroyed by an employee. I explained that I was there based on the manager having told me that the card was available for me to pick up and when I asked what employee would go against what his manager instructed which was to provide me with the card when I showed up that afternoon, the response was less than desirable. Of course, no employee knew anything other than the fact that it had been destroyed. And even though only three hours had passed since the time I had spoken with the manager, no one could fathom which employee could have possibly made such a horrendous mistake. Anyway, I shop there regularly, typically about every other day. I don't really have any complaints about this place other than what I have touched on above. I have been singled out and asked by only one employee, TWICE, to remove my backpack and leave it at the front register while every other employee in there has never batted an eye at me and of course, this situation with my debit card. An apology would have been nice but no longer expected in the society in which we exist. I'll keep shopping here. But I won't ever accidentally leave my debit card again... knock on wood.

Dollar General is Dollar General! But this location is staffed with good, helpful, courteous workers, who have been helpful in finding the various items, that I had trouble locating. Clean store with well-stocked merchandise; when checking the expiration dates, I find that they rotate them very well! Good choice for a conservative shopper!

Looks small but is quite large. They have natty daddies here. Sometimes the store is short staffed but you're shopping at a dollar tree so it doesn't really matter. It's a little difficult to get around since none of the aisles are labeled. All of the off brand stuff is significantly cheaper and as far as I know they all work exactly the same.
