I bought the rib rack. Followed the reheating instructions. The ribs were good but did taste like reheated ribs. Very nice people own this place. I would return if I was really craving it.
*** Let me correct myself, I meant no disrespect; I meant when I reheated it myself according to the instructions, not that you were selling reheated ribs. I wish I could order it right off the smoker.

The best smoked salmon ever! Woody B and Gigi are amazing! Thanks again for another Merry Christmas at our house! And when you go to the shop don’t forget to pick up some Mac n cheese and pasta salad! Truly terrific yummy food every time! 👍🤠

Listen!! This place is truly a hidden treasure. Walked in expecting hot food but instead an amazing alternative was presented. Mr Woody himself greeted us and explained his lay out. Enjoyed meeting him & the conversation was very informative. My favorite thing here is the salmon & the chopped brisket!! OMG the salmon will definitely be a regular thing for me! So glad we wondered up on this gem

5 stars. Some of the best smoked food I have eaten ever. No dine in, to go and shipping mainly. Everything is in the cooler when you walk in. The meat is already cooked, sealed in a bag, and can be heated in boiling water. The salmon you do not want to heat up, it tastes great cool or at room temp. The Smoked chicken Mac and cheese is in a pie dish. That is the only thing you take home to bake. The sides are super awesome. Well worth a try!

All dishes are amazing and they do a professional catering job for home parties. We recently had them prepare for our company’s Christmas party, and all attendees loved everything!

Absolutely incredible! We actually found this place by mistake and we are so glad we did. Best BBQ we have every had. And the smoked salmon is to die for!! The owner is incredibly friendly and really explained everything we needed to know to prep the meats. We just did our first online order and received it within 24 hours as promised.
