Whataburger

I have been coming to this location for two years, and I'm not sure what is going on here. While the food is good, there seems to be a wide variety of technical problems here, along with lots of unexplained waiting times. Don't bother waiting in your car for food to be brought out if you ordered ahead on the app; I'm often forgotten about and have to go in and ask for my food, which is now hardly warm and has been sitting out on the counter. Credit card machines also seem to be down often as well, so bring cash.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and big breakfast with medium coke. I guess they Thought I wasn't going to check my order. Instead I was given pancake breakfast with bacon inside of bag. My pancake container was not closed properly. The pancake was coming out of the container. I was so mad I had to go inside of the restaurant. Manager had the nerve to tell me about what I should been charged. I'm not worried about the cost. I just want what I ordered to be correct. Presentation is so important it represents your restaurant and how you feel about your customers.

Ordered curbside breakfast 20 minutes before arriving, waited 25 minutes for my food. Nothing. Called the store. Nothing. Knocked on the door. Ignored by staff. Now I'm late for work, have no breakfast, and am out $10. I loved Whataburger, but I will NEVER be coming back to this location..other than to demand a refund.

First and foremost i was cussed out by someone that was representing this company.! They were rude the entire time i tried to place my order.! Rushed me while i was trying to place this order.! Is there some sort of code of conduct.? I’m certain this was broken when the unhappy worker decided come out of the door and approached my vehicle and threaten me.! Never in my life have i experienced customer service this way.! We were very patient the entire time while trying when adding things on to the order which helps with your upsale numbers we were repeatedly asked WHAT ELSE…in the most miserable and aggressive tone.! I now question the screening of your employees.! Very very poor REPRESENTATION.! I will also be pursuing a lawsuit.! Because a threat was out of line.!

The place is going downhill. The drive through line at night is an absurdly long wait. Orders are frequently incorrect. Dining room closed when hours say it’s open 24/7. Come on Whataburger. Get it together! You’re supposed to be killin it but it seems In N Out has the leg up on customer service even though their food suckssss.

Fast service. No line. Clean table. Fresh food. Crisp onion rings. Yummy Whataburger #1 with cheese. Minimal wait time. Thank you for the good experience.Plus another 5 star review. Recently used a survey coupon for free Whataburger and it was delicious. And also all staff are friendly and had never felt rushed to leave ever. Been eating these wonderful burgers since 1994. And you all do a fine job. The serving of French fries was overflowing with fries cooked perfectly. Much appreciated. They also bring you the food and are polite. Coke machine Coca Cola always tastes fine.
