Arby's

Not the best Arby's. It's been there as long as I can remember. I've worked fast food when I was a teenager. I get working fast food sucks. I don't expect fantastic customer service or five star food... What I expect is you to have the items on your menu... If you have a specialty item, like a jamocha flavored shake, that is unique to your establishment I expect you to have it. It seems like every time I go in to this location the shake machine is broken. If my shake machine was that faulty I would replace it to keep my business going instead of taking the chance of losing a customer for not being able to get what they want but I guess the owner of this one is good with business just walking out the door. Food is average. Wish the old Arby's didn't close down. The food at that one was way better. Now I usually go to Auburn to avoid this one for reason mentioned above. The food in Auburn is better and the people there are way nicer.

This location is the standard I hold all other Arby's against. The food is always consistently good. The staff are within acceptable standards for professionalism, accuracy, and friendliness. Leadership is quick to make things right when there's a mistake (which doesn't happen very often often, thankfully). The dining area is usually clean and the drive thru is typically speedy. Some of my visits have been 5-star and some have been 3-star. It's hard to expect better from people making minimum wage... but I value it when I see it, and I see that here, sometimes.
