Applebee's

Absolutely impressed with how it turned out. Our waitress Stella was beyond amazing. Stella is the prime example of how waiters and waitresses should be. Friendly,professional,efficient,fun ( loved her mask & bow tie it was Halloween themed) and compassionate. I will definitely be returning to this location again.

After a long day of driving around running errands my mother and I wanted to sit down and eat dinner, we choose Applebee's which was a mistake, the only good service was the guy who sat us down. He was polite and quick however our waitress Susan was the complete opposite, she was so slow and forgetting stuff that we had asked for. She kept messing up our order and even at times forgetting that we were there. It took 2 hours to just get out of the place. Not going there again.

I Came in at 11:30 AM Waiting at the bar for over 5 minutes for a milkshake I ordered over the phone. I Wasn’t even addressed by any of the staff until I spoke. And the blonde lady who made my shake only filled my cup halfway. I also ordered 10 of the bone in Hot wings and they had almost no sauce on them and we’re dry. I’m Never coming back to this location.

We were able to get our reservation right away. Unlike several other restaurants, they had menus available and even asked if we preferred them to the online menu. They were not busy; I am sure it was because of the 1/4 capacity requirement. The only issue we had was getting ketchup; my husband had to ask 3 times before it was brought to him.

(As I tell you this story there was only 1 other table occupied) I will not be coming back to this location, I showed up around 8:30p.m, I was greeted, however it took 15min to get a water, 2nd once we recieved our water it took another 15 min to get a beer, after about another 10 min she took our order, we order the the 2 for 22, it took 30min to get our appetizer, then it took around 45 min to get our food, On top of this our order was wrong, at this point i just was hungry and ate it.. Normally I dont write reviews like this however service needs to greatly improve in this location because its unacceptable to have a 2 1/2 hour dine in when you only have 2 customers in the whole restaurant, Sparks location has allways been great, so has Carson.
