Pull up to pick up my online order...doors locked....call to ask for it....guy picks up and says we're closed twice. Told him I'm sitting outside, I see you inside and there's cars in the drive thru. He just hung up. Came to the door and made sure it was locked lol.
Annnnnd as soon as I got thru the line to the window she handed me my food without my shake, said have a good day. I said I ordered a large strawberry shake as well. She looked at me and immediately said oh we don't have that then turned around before I could say anything and started to make one. Even if that was the case she was more than willing to let me leave without something I paid for and without even the decency to offer a refund on it.

This particular checkers is never open. I always get doordash orders from here and it's never a successful trip. I'm surprised they haven't closed down yet. Like, do they even have a Manager? Times had really changed since the pandemic.

Derrick needs a promotion asap !! He seemed to be the only one inside but made sure we were greeted with a smile and served everything fresh.

Tried to get take out after work. Lights were on, posted hours said the store was open, but I was never served, despite staying at the speaker and then the window for around 10 minutes.

Recooked fries .. burgers were a mess and shake machine down if course but did get an extra chicken box that wasn't ordered. Also staff was rude n short with us

My parents wanted lunch from here. Disappointed that they are 2 for $4 / 2 for $6 only has spicy chicken not regular chicken. But my Dad loved the 2 for $6 double fish sandwich.
