Cinders Wood Fired Pizza

This pizza taste very good I do love the thin crust. I love the jalapeño ranch. The prices should be lower unless they start putting more toppings. Each topping is a dollar which I don’t mind paying for. The problem I’m having is you think they would put a good amount of toppings for your dollar . They put very little toppings even after I ask for extra toppings.

Pizza concept is like a Mod or Blaze minus the extra ingredients offered. It sits inside the Market Square. Outdoor and indoor seating. They have cauliflower & gluten free crust, vegan cheese. Ordered two pesto veggie but one with red sauce and on cauliflower crust. Flavor wise, it’s good but the size of fairly small personal pizza which I was immediately hungry shortly after. Happy hour, Monday-Thursday 2pm -5pm for Margherita pizza. Clean restrooms with a full sized infant changing table. Variety of drinks ranging from fountain, canned, juice and beer. Amy was a doll.

Very slow, the cooks are definitely not chefs as they have no hussle or concept of getting food or at a reasonable time. It's more of a leisure job it seems they don't really care about the time or satisfaction of the customers just chatting to one another. Very slow service. I am a delivery driver they said 10- 15 minutes it's taken 40 minutes to pick up my delivery order when I arrived at the pick up time. Order should have been started when it was received.
